Luke,

We do not support full-duplex voice in our RockForce product line.

We could implement this with the PBridge+ processor if required.

If it made commercial and technical sense then I can see no reason why not.
The only issue that I've heard reported relates to the performance of the
zaptel driver architecture... this is however, not an area of my expertise
and so I can't comment on how 'real' these reports are.

As I stated previously, we have a number of potential customers who have
expressed an interest in full-duplex audio support on modems. They include
some of the major players in the CTI market.

T.38 has a long way to go before it gets as user friendly as an analog fax
card. V.34 and T.38 have some serious hurdles to overcome. In my opinion
with T.38 the cost of the fax hardware is simply replaced by VoIP system
administration and support costs.... but this is fine because good fax
hardware will be around for a long, long time. It is also interesting to
note that both Vista and Longhorn Server support fax solutions out of the
box when combined with an analog fax solution.
