Yes, this is the same thing as you showed before.  It looks like 
something is wrong with the modem.  (This isn't surprising as there have 
been regular reports of trouble using Linuxant modems).

Your modem is ttySHSF0 or ttyS0 or something other than cuad0... so 
you'd need to trade the modem name after the -h option.
