This last error reported here is a bit different than the others that 
were reported.  In this case it appears that the modem is at fault... or 
the audio is getting corrupted.  However, in order to properly diagnose 
the problem in HylaFAX, if there is one, I need you to first "upgrade" 
to HylaFAX+ 5.2.1 (http://hylafax.sourceforge.net) and then I need you 
to follow the same diagnostic steps that I outline here:

Yes, in this case the sender was getting a DCN signal instead of no 
response, but the diagnostic tests need to be the same.  Please 
*carefully* go through that procedure step by step and let me know the 
results at each phase.
