Assuming the systems with Hylafax installed on it is able to send external e-mail, you can use the reportbug command. To set the sender address to something that will get back to you, you can use the --email= parameter. So, something like the following from a shell would get you started:
reportbug --email="info@xxxxxxx" hylafax-server
