I think you're using a hylafax.org release and not HylaFAX+... so the 
URL I provided is slightly inaccurate.  Look at 'man jobcontrol' on your 
system to note any differences.  If you still can't get it working from 
there, then I'd suggest switching to HylaFAX+ so that the information 
I'd provide you is correct for your installation.
