How does just sending a regular e-mail to the address work?  You could 
just change the alias to your user name for a test.  That might confirm a 
good portion of the setup if it works.  Or use the current pipe alias and 
see what kind of error results.  I'm just looking for some additional 
clues as I'm currently clueless, as often happens.
