Wolfgang,
Thank you for this. Unfortunately, the chipset used is not familiar to me at all.
The modem purports "Class 1.0" but does not appear to support V.34-Fax while supporting +FAR=1, which is like Conexant, but other responses are not like any Conexant chipset I've seen. The modem purports "Class 2.1" but does not support V.34-Fax (which seems an intrinsic property of ITU T.32 Amendment 1)... and that's not like Agere/LSI chipsets that *do* support Class 2.1.
I suppose that it could be an Analog Devices or an SILabs chipset... but we don't have any well-proven prototype in HylaFAX for those chipsets.
We do have an Elsa MicroLink 56k basic prototype for Class 2.0 (config/elsa-microlink-56k-basic-2.0). That should work for you. However, for Class 1.0 you'd need to start from scratch and make adjustments based on performance.
Thanks,
Lee.
