Hylafax is connected to telephone-exchange which has internal ISDN port with internal telephone number 18.

Because it`s an almost default configuration :).

What`s that mean ? config.faxCAPI is inside /var/spool/fax/etc/ and have owner uucp:dialout (earlier had root:root, but It didn`t work too :().

Yes, I did.

How much is possible that ISDN card is damaged ? I have got the second one, but it`s TELES, and Linux didn`t want to see this card, that`s why I decided to buy FRITZ. 
May be I sould try to run hylafax on external analog modem connected through serial device (ttyS0) ? What then should I change in my configuration ?
