Hello Jaroslaw-Thorvald,

try to deactivate all other ISDN stuff except CAPI and capi4hylafax.
I don't know how to do this on Gentoo.

Is this MSN correct?
I assume your card is connected to the internal S0 bus of a PBX.

I cannot see anything wrong with this config.

This looks like a problem.
HylaFAX knows about your "modem" faxCAPI, so it must have found a file  
config.faxCAPI at the right place.
Did you or a script call "faxmodem faxCAPI"?

HylaFAX and capi4hylafax communicate through two named pipes: FIFO and  
FIFO.faxCAPI. You should find these in /var/spool/hylafax or  
/var/spool/fax. Maybe there is a permissions problem.
