I could add your requirements to Cypheus:
Cypheus watches a (user defined) folder and sends all files copied
to this folder automatically, if the file name contains a valid fax
number.
Cypheus can already send Word documents without opening Word
manually.

I'm working on a new Cypheus version, so I can add this within 2-3
days for testing.
