The only way to get the sendfax unix client to use the same docq files that I'm aware of is to give multiple -d options. Some time back it was discussed that it might be a useful addition to write some new code to support an option like '-D filename' which would read lines with phone numbers from a text file or pipe and loop the "add a destination" code.
