I'll bet that you're using a binary, and probably SuSE.  The SuSE binaries were 
created from a CVS snapshot which is closer to what 4.1.1 will be than the 
actual 4.1 release.  4.1.1 (and current CVS) contains an alteration to faxrcvd 
which breaks the functionality of the faxrcvd-mail scripts.  The faxrcvd-mail 
scripts have been deprecated by FILETYPE in FaxDispatch as of that update.

I recommend that you restore the original faxrcvd script to its place and 
read 'man faxrcvd' for instructions on configuring FaxDispatch.
