It's odd, though, because the HOWTO tells people to use faxgetty and RingsBeforeAnswer=0 in send-only environments. It lists faxmodem as a inferior alternative. Sigh... I had intended the HOWTO to be a "basic setup instruction", it seems to have become a bad replacement to the man pages for newbies.
