Hi Lee

We found the problem.  There was another fax machine plugged into the same phone line.  When we disconnected it all faxes started going through, not just the odd one.

As I requested before, please first upgrade to HylaFAX+ 5.4.3.  I don't 
pretend that this is going to resolve the problem, but I want to 
eliminate that possibility before proceeding.
