[hylafax-users] Impossible to read fax sent.

Hi all,
I use whfc on windows clients to a linux hylafax server.
I correctly receive fax and receive an email with the received fax as PDF.
When I send a fax I receive an email with the pdf sent fax I cannot read 
the PDF file.
Is it a problem with file privileges?
Some hint?
