Hello everyone, i am using hylafax 6 on a linux centos and some of my windows clients can send faxes using a virtual printer (sambafax) and a postscript printer driver on the client. the script can look at the fax number in the print-spool file that the client sends to a samba server. Everything worked fine with xp and with some tuning with windows 7 32bit, but i have big problems with windows 7 64bit. I was using an old adobe postscript printer driver that i am unable to install in windows 7 64bit. what is the preferred postscript printer driver i should use on windows 7 (that makes ps files compatible with sendfax) ? If i use a postscript printer driver, hp laserjet ps preloaded in windows 7, the script is feeding hylafax with a ps print file but i get an error message from hylafax: "PCL File format not (currently) supported". why ? is it possible to enable PCL support in latest hylafax version and use a Hp pcl print driver ? thank you for your support, Marco ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
