Both times are provided in xferfaxlog (and thus also to HylaFAX+
FaxAccounting). Neither is written to the job q-file and thus one is
available to notify solely because faxq passes that information to
notify on the command-line.
The notify script is not a good place to do accounting... it's purpose
is to notify users of job status... not to provide a hook for accounting
purposes. This is why HylaFAX+ has FaxAccounting. See:
