That's a two-stage reference to CallIDPattern :-) Referencing the keyword
directly from the DynamicConfig section would've saved me plenty of effort.

also mentioned nowhere, BTW.

Why not have these always enabled? Even if modem reports an error to AT+VCID,
just ignore it...
