[hylafax-users] Sending fax to a phone/fax line

Hi all!

My Hylafax server can't send faxes to numbers with both phone and fax.

A practical example:
With my standard fax I send a fax to a number, a physical person
answer the phone, understand that a fax is calling, hangs up the phone
and their fax starts communication with my standard fax.

If I send a fax using Hylafax to the same number, when the physical
person hangs up the phone, hylafax stops the communication without
even trying to connect to their fax.

Is this a problem I can work on or do you think it's not possible to
send a fax to such a number?
