Please make sure that this destination is the only one with which you are having trouble. If it is the only one, then in this case you should assume the fault of the problem lies not with you.


Whenever you see Telogy Networks appear in the NSF you can be fairly certain that either the receiver is using T.38 or the carrier between you and them is using T.38... and chances are *very* good that the T.38 segment is where the fault lies.

So at that point you contact the receiver and indicate to them that you're having trouble... and see where you go from there.

You could always try a different modem on your end, just for curiosity, but I think that you'll still see the same problem.
