[hylafax-users] Having problems faxing to Telogy Networks equipment
Hi,
I've been trying to send a fax to +4545120021 where they appear to be
using equipment from Telogy - and I'm not getting very far.
AFAICT, the problem is one of these:
1st attempt:

Jan 05 15:21:01.18: [14523]: SEND 1D RTC

Jan 05 15:22:01.18: [14523]: SEND: Unspecified Transmit Phase C error;
Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page "docq/doc18.ps;c0", dirnum 0
Jan 05 15:22:01.19: [14523]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
Jan 05 15:22:01.19: [14523]: --> [5:ERROR]
2nd attempt:
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: SEND send EOP (no more pages or documents)
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: --> [5:ERROR]
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: No response to EOP repeated 3 tries
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: SEND: No response to EOP repeated 3 tries;
Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page "docq/doc19.ps;00", dirnum 0
Jan 05 15:35:01.44: [14707]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
3rd attempt:
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: MODEM No carrier
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: Error sending T.30 prologue frames

Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: MODEM Command error
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: Failure to receive silence.
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: Error sending T.30 prologue frames
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: TRAINING failed
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: SEND: Failure to train remote modem at 2400
bps or minimum speed; Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page
"docq/doc20.ps;00", dirnum 0
Jan 09 09:32:20.34: [ 2909]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
Otherwise, my setup has been working fine for over a year, which is why
I'm a little confused. Can anyone give me a pointer or hint?
thanks
