[hylafax-users] Odd thing - Fax Notify works but not fax dispatch...

guys, just one odd thing...

in a new hylafax+ installation , fax notify works. i.e when faxes are 
sent out, users receive notification
and a pdf attachement of what they sent.

in fax dispatch ( etc/FaxDispatch) however, the same users, receive 
notification of faxes received ( with ftp link to the tif file ) but 
with no pdf attachemnt , though
fax dispatch contains;

FILETYPE=pdf;
SENDTO=user1@xxxxxxxxxx,user2@xxxxxxxxxx;

is there something missing ?
