.. woops sorry  I had forgot I changed the iax bind address a week ago.. 
so 127.0.01 wasnt working. But I am noticing that if you have a HA setup 
that iax connections can not use the virtual ip to register. You have to 
put both addresses in "host=" . With sip you can use a virtual IP.
