Title: Re: [hylafax-users] Multitech 5634ZBA USB and 5:ATH0\r

Davide, here is my modem config file. Lee had mentioned using sendfax to test it and see whether it is a client problem. Sendfax will send a fax, even the faxes left over from the dozen or so clients I have tried that end up in the docq. It seems that the fax document reaches the server but something is keeping it on the server even after dialing the number and connecting to a remote fax machine. What is the greeting message (from the modem) and where might I find it? Thanks,

robm

We have plenty of multitech ZBA 5634 USB running fine, so perhaps I
could be of help.

In particular I have 2 ZBA running with hylafax+ on suse linux
enterprise 9 SP3 configured in class 1.

Please, post to the mailing list the config file of your modem
(/var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.usb_ttyACM0 I suppose)

And the greetings message from the hylafax server in the log file.

Regards

Davide
