Its definitely "new" behavior and not in the good sort of way; it
worked fine before I upgraded the server to the latest release.
You can turn up hfaxd logging in hfaxd.conf "ServerTracing".
Check the permissions on your hosts.hfaxd file. Make sure you don't
have a little "*" ;-)

There will come a day when I will give up on Windows. I turned on
trading - it magically started working. God knows why.
Amazing how Microsoft's software can mutate itself........
I'll get a trade if it acts up again....
