I've made a change to config.site for #DIR_LIBEXEC for the next release 
(points to /usr/local/sbin).

SCRIPT_SH really does default to /bin/sh.  If /bin/sh doesn't exist then 
it searches in order for "bash", "ksh", and then "sh".
