I'm not sure that the commented-out values in config.site are meant to 
indicate defaults.  It's been years since anyone touched that, I think.

If you have better suggestions for what should be in there, then I'm 
entirely open to changing things around there.

As far as what the actual default is for any of them... I don't know 
without looking.
