Well, the names of the headers are in english because it's merely 
converting the mail source from e-mail to Postscript (and then to fax).  
The email source has the headers in English (of course).

So we'd need to make a deliberate effort to translate e-mail headers 
before they land on the Postscript output, but there is no mechanism for 
that in faxmail currently.
