Hi Mike,

Please respond to the list so that everyone can contribute or learn from
your experience.

My advice to you is to upgrade it's the quickest and easiest thing to try.
Your issue may well have been fixed since 4.3.0 was released.

We have 4.3.0 version and I have set ServerTracing to 0xfff. 
Also I just found, that our modem receive faxes from this Cannon fax, but
only if Cannon send it in automatic mode! If we try to send it in manual
mode - looks like it take too long time for Cannon to prepare transmission
and our modem just disconnect the line. The log file for failed fax still
looks the same. And there is a start of the log for suceed fax from same fax
mashine in atomatic transmission mode:
