Thanks for the problem report!

If a problem is still lurking in the batching implementation, we'd love to 
get to the bottom of it. Can you either give us a way to reproduce this 
problem ourselves, or set us up with access to a server where we can see 
this happen? (email me privately with details if this works for you)

Also batching was completely overhauled in 4.4 CVS a few weeks ago - we'd 
REALLY like to know if you still have the problem on current CVS.
