Hi,

Please keep this 'in list' so that everyone can help and benefit from your experience.

Unfortunately "Class 1 modem" doesn't really tell us anything useful... can you tell us the make, model, and firmware version ?

My advice remains the same.... upgrade and try again !

Regards

Thank you very much! I  used a  Class1 modem.

Many thanks for the logs.  I'm copying this to the user group because it may help other users.

Given that you are running a version of HylaFAX that's 18 months old the standard advice will be to upgrade and try again.  A lot of development work has taken place in the fax protocol area recently.

It would also help to know which modem you are using.
