Hi,

 

Please tell us which version of HylaFAX you are using, the modem, and what type of phone connection you are using (VoIP ?).

 

Please also turn on server tracing and post the logs from a ‘bad’ call.

I used hylafax to send fax.

 

But some fax machines  lose the page information(only half of page can be seen.),some didn't lose.

 

I don't know how to deal it.Help.....
