Hello Luke. I know that I have to pay for license and I did. I can send faxes (witch tell me that the driver works ok. For some reason I cant seem to get hylafax to receive faxes. I understand you say that On 64 Bit it will not work? How come it works with minicom (I got the latest driver to work. I just need to know what process in hylafax is the one responsible for answering incoming call. Unless Mandrivia has done some cross licensing deal with www.linuxant.com the fax capabilities in the driver will be DISABLED. Conextent (rockwell) only gave away their specs to their modem firmwares to a company that would sign an NDA. If the modem only connects at 14.4k for data max speed you'll know that its an unlicensed version. Go to the linuxant website to purchase a driver. Note that the driver will be locked to a registration ID generated by your motherboard/cpu combination. Run the diagnostic program that comes with the modem driver. If you can confirm that it's licensed let us know and you'll get some support. I've bought two licenses already from them but upgraded my hardware. It's a joke. Intel 536ep's are good but they don't work for us 64 bit people. Lucent is the best internal modems, otherwise go something external. I got a usb one but it is really serial (has a serial bridge chip inside it) Cheers, Luke On 23/04/07, Lee Howard <faxguy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Shay B.
