Hello Chris and Lee,

Many thanks for your support ; we could solve the problem with the -T 
command, that works when there no text in the body of the message

Then, we also use the direct delivery, which makes our new mailfax as 
follows :

TMPVAR=${SENDER//\`/}
TMPVAR=${TMPVAR//\$\(/}
SENDER=${TMPVAR//\)/}

/usr/local/bin/faxmail -n -T  -N -d "$EXT2@`/usr/bin/expr \"$HOST\" : 
'\(.*\)\.fax$'`"
