I have an external RS232 modem, model "Mediacom 103/ME56W" (http://www.mediacomeurope.it/prodotto.asp?pid=10) which use an IC Plus Semiconductor Chipset (I have seen it in the windows .inf file http://contents.driverguide.com/content.php?id=57025&path=WinXP%2Ficp.inf )
