I have attached the following files - hylafax_send_fax_log.txt windows_recv_fax_log.txt windows_send_fax_log.txt hylafax_recv_fax_log.txt They are matching pairs of logs. I hope they make sense. I have not tried portmon yet. If these logs are not detailed enough I will set it up and run that instead. Looking forward to hearing any results. Regards Frank
