this is a problem with your friewall setup. Check out the WHFC FAQ under 
http://whfc.uli-eckhardt.de/whfc_faq.shtml#WHFChangs
This should give you a pointer, how to configure a packet filter for the 
usage of the HylaFAX protocol.
