Okay, I have SessionTracing set to 0xFFF,
however, I have no log that seems relevant, as I am
not getting *anything* on an inbound.

Outbound works fine.

If this is any help, I've got a log of an outbound
fax

(with the sent and data's ripped out, and the phone
destination number and attendant email addresses obfuscated)

but on an inbound, I get nothing,
sending fax machine bails out with
a 'busy/no answer' or 'NG Poor line
condition' result.

Audibly, I hear the (hylafax server's)
modem answer, the negotiation begin,
and then the sending fax beeps and spits
out the failed result.

I don't see anything in the system log
that seems relevant, and no new log
is created in
/var/spool/hylafax/log
