If I send the test page of the winprinter hylafax then it seems ok to work, but if I send more than 1 page then probably they cannot receive the fax. How I can configure the hylafax or switch to another softfax client to send fax more reliably? Thanks for any suggestion in advance. Do you know if they did get the full fax page image? If they did then it may just be some adjusting of modem configuration that needs to occur. If they did not, or if they got just a strip or truncated parts of the fax image, then it probably means that your fax audio is messy - either as it leaves your Asterisk box or because you're using VoIP lines externally.
