[hylafax-users] hylafax error no response to pps

Hi, I have a problem with hylafax, when I try to send a fax (always the same number) hylafax reports an error saying that no reponse to pps repeated 3 times.

 

Before sending the e-mail I've been doing some tests I explain:

 

- I had a usr robotics and I could send the fax to this number.

- Now I have a Conceptronics C56EW and I can receive/send faxes to everyone except SENDING to this number.

- I'm currently using hylafax 4.2.5 but I've tested on hylafax 4.3.1 and I obtain the same results.

 

 

So...at this point I don't know what to do, maybe it could be my config file because I installed the modem only whith faxaddmodem script.
