This is what the HylaFAX archiving features are for.  You'll want to 
read 'man faxqclean'

Archiving is not very well documented, it appears.  But basically 
faxqclean runs /var/spool/hylafax/bin/archive (executable shell script, 
by default) and expects it to perform the archiving before faxqclean 
cleans it out from the doneq.
