[hylafax-users] Missing failure notification.

Lee,

I just installed hylafax-5.0.2.

One of the tests I conduct is to send a fax that is bound to fail, just
to see about any notifications of that fact.  I just sent a fax to '1234',
which sure ain't a valid phone number, but neither the sending user nor
the Fax Administrator got any email about the failure.

Where shall we start to debug this?
