[hylafax-users] Check outbound faxes

I've made some analysis in mailing list but ...
is there a system to check and confirm by a faxmaster (or a group of
persons) outbound faxes?
My idea was to 'unfreeze' queue (for example) by user with
administrative privileges for example...
any idea?
