[hylafax-users] Fedora Core 5

Upgraded from Linux Fedora Core-4 to Fedora Core-5 over the weekend. 
Upgraded all  applications and kernal to latest. Kernal is 2.6.17

Downloaded, compiled and installed HylaFAX 4.3.0

Had been running HylaFAX under FC-4. Saved the following two files 
before installing FC-5

/var/spool/hylafax/etc/config
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.ttyS0

reconfigured both files after installing. The only change was the 
addition of two lines at the end of both:

UUCPLockDir: /var/lock
UUCPLockType: ascii

faxstat issued the following message:

HylaFAX scheduler on localhost.localdomain: Running

Installed 'ksendfax' and tried to send a test fax. The fax is scheduled, 
but never sent.

faxstat issues the same message as above and never sends the fax.

Here are the faxstat various reports:

faxstat -i

faxstat -s
HylaFAX scheduler on localhost.localdomain: Running

4    127 W  terry 18009946667   0:0   0:12


I think this last report means that it tried to dial the modem 12 times, 
which doesn't make sense since the modem activity lights indicated no 
activity, dialing or otherwise.

Help would be appreciated.
