Joseph,

HylaFAX includes its own faxrm binary. See:

http://www.hylafax.org/man/4.2.4/faxrm.1.php

for how to use it. I don't know how you installed or removed mgetty+sendfax, 
but I suppose it's possible you deleted the HylaFAX one.

To see if the HylaFAX one is still hanging around, try this:

 find / -name faxrm -print
