Joseph,

faxrunq is a part of mgetty+sendfax, which is a completely different fax 
software package than HylaFAX. Often, when installed on the same machine as 
HylaFAX, it will lead to some rather confusing observations. We usually 
recommend removing mgetty+sendfax altogether. If that's not feasible, you 
may need to learn enough about both HylaFAX and mgetty+sendfax to understand 
how to use each, and to prevent them from stepping on one another.
