I have the sender fax machine connected to the same pbx as the receiver hylafax server separated by 3 meters of distance, and i always get these errors in all faxes received. I have even tested with another hylafax server to send the faxes instead of the fax machine but the errors are the same. I've done a lot of tests, but i haven't received any fax document without errors, is it normal? There is something i can do to improve it? Maybe the ECM in the modem isn't working properly? A modem change can help with that problems, or it is independent of the modem? Sorry if these are silly questions, but i would like to improve the quality of the received faxes. Sending it works perfectly. Thanks again. -- Diego Chaparro Grupo de Sistemas y Comunicaciones Universidad Rey Juan Carlos C/ Tulipan s/n - 28933 Mostoles dchaparro@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx || dchaparro@xxxxxxx ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
