Y is:
- when you submit a job is the time it will be sent (at once, so it's the
same of submit time, at that moment)
- if a job is rescheduled it's when it will be retried
- if a job is submitted with "-a ..." it's when it will be tried 1st
- when a job is done, it's when it was done (it may be when it started to
send or when it finished, not sure)
