[hylafax-users] Phase D error

I changed my Multi Tech MT5634ZPX to class 2.0 and now it sends in 
2D-MMR without problems.  However twice a machine tried to send us a fax 
(we've never received from them before) and a phase D error occured; 
both log files are below.

Searching the list I only found one other reference to phase D and it 
suggested getting the newest firmware, which I already have.  An item of 
note is every received fax has had the following lines it in, although 
they've all been sucessful other than the two phase D errors.

I don't know if those lines could be a problem or not.
