Win9x built-in tiff viewer should have a print setting similar to:
1) fit to page
2) actual size
3) pixel-pixel
have you checked you are using "actual size"

This is something you can customize in bin/faxrcvd, in that script you get
the tiff file and you can do what you want with it.
